All time favorite Japanese restaurant. You can watch the chefs how they cook your food. The sushi are precisely sliced. The ramen tastes amazing. Tempura are big and have the perfect flour ratio. I really can't say anything negative about this restaurant.
* Japan dining feels, authentic! I think this is the best affordable Japanese resto in PH 💖 * Must try: 1. Beef Curry Ramen (really delicious, thick broth, spice not too strong) 2. Okonomiyaki - best that I've tasted so far (like this more over Dohtonbori's, Ichiban's and Manmaru's) * no queue, not crowded but that doesn't mean not delicious. I think this is a gem yet to be discovered.
A Bowl of Rich, Golden Comfort The aroma was intoxicating, a symphony of rich, savory notes that danced through the air. As I lifted the steaming bowl to my lips, I knew I was about to embark on a culinary journey. The star of the show was a bowl of beef curry ramen, a masterpiece that had captured my heart and palate. The broth was the soul of the dish, a velvety blend of beef and curry that was both comforting and complex. It clung to the noodles, coating them in a rich, golden sauce. The noodles themselves were perfectly cooked, with a springy texture that held up to the weight of the brot…
Quaint Japanese restaurant in BF. We've been going here a lot of times. Food quality is really good. Their Volcano maki is a must-try. They serve fresh Salmon Sashimi. Few parking spaces in front so try to come odd hours like 3 or 4pm.
Another small japanese restaurant worth checking inside BF homes. We ordered shoyu ramen, tempura don, and kakiage. Only two tables, but they have a bar that can seat several people. Open kitchen setup, customers can see food preparation. Limited parking. Busy during lunchtime.
