Found a strand of hair in their crispy sweet and sour pork(which they suggested us to order). It was inside the breading of the pork. They then proceeded to still charge us for the dish (which we have lost desire on finishing) because "it was only one piece" with no regard to food contamination. The manager was excellent though, she greeted us properly and made excellent suggestions for our orders. She also apologized profusely and gave us a free almond jelly dessert after telling us that we still need to pay for the contaminated dish.

Went to Shi Lin on a Saturday noon to have a family lunch. Fortunately, the place was still uncrowded when we arrived. Service crew was very attentive and approachable right from the get-go. Here’s a rundown of what we have ordered. We had the Braised Beef Noodle for out soup which tastes very rich and has a powerful kick in it. For the dumplings, we tried their original Xiao Long Bao which I find very appetizing. Might say that I find their XLBs way better than those of other Chinese restaurants so far. Everything was filling and tasted good. The dimsum tower was worth the price! The three of us shared it and we were all full. I also liked their Taiwanese milk tea, just enough sweetness to still taste the tea. Would recommend them but would advise you to ask if there are unavailable items first. Pls visit their store at Ayala Malls Manila Bay :)

Staff are very friendly, pleasant, and attentive. The place is clean and has great ambience. We also love the food, esp. the reasonable serving. The staff really served us well and we appreciate that. Will definitely come back. Maraming salamat!

Loved our experience here! Mabait staff, generous servings, price is reasonable and remarkable service. Hindi din super crowded so mabilis lang magka seat. Fave namin was the braised beef - we asked na mild spice lang and they delivered really well! Xlb is exceptional as always and the chicken sa fried rice with chicken chops was super malambot!! Will def come back! 💖💖
