Located in the food court in Trinoma. They serve authentic hand-pulled noodles that you can watch being made. You can try their noodles with or without soup. If you want to try both "styles", you can request to have the soup separately. My go to noodles here is their Braised Beef Noodles.

I really love the noodles here... either dry one or with soup I'm enjoying eating it and at very reasonable price 😋. This is what I'm looking forward everytime we visit Trinoma's Food Choices. ❤️

I've endured finishing my bowl of Old beijing chicken noodle soup... Tasteless (maybe just for me) though I like the chicken because it's very tender. No condiments given like chili oil or just chili like what a Chinese resto/fastfood usually offers. Kutchai dumpling is almost good just forget about the pork inside.

What I like about this food stall is, they make their own noodles. Since they claim its authentic, they are saying the real thing. Authentic. The noodles bowl is not salty, which is good. Commonly, if you're observing the tastes of the food., we're being fooled by salty food. This one is not salty. Price is okay though. Parking is not an issue since this is inside trinoma mall.

Located on the food court area inside Trinoma, You can see the actual person making the Pulled noodles, Taste wise it's delicious but nothing is special on the soup, for the noodles i can say it's worth to try.
