We've tried Shou Lamien inside Ayala Mall Manila Bay branch. It's a food stall in China town hall. From afar, you can already smell the aroma of the soup. I've ordered the Dumpling Lamien, and I love the authenticity of the hand-pulled noodles and the dumplings considering that it's a food stall. It tastes good as well.
Food is ok. Dining area looks tired and needs tidying up.
Tried the recommended braised beef noodle soup. Only p174. Value for money but there's much better soup broths in Binondo...but I was in Ayala Mall Manila Bay. Don't think I'll be back.
Around 5:20 we bought 2 siopao, we didn't realized that one of the siopao was uncooked like it was from the freezer. We just realized it when we start to eat it. When we confront to the crew that it was cold they just put it in the oven and reheat it. We thought that they will change it. We hope next time this kind of situation will never happened again. And be aware that they are serving is food.
I came here to have dinner at 9:12pm, but unfortunately, they turned me away, claiming that they had already cleaned and were preparing to close. However, the mall actually closes at 10pm, so they shouldn't be declining customers with more than half an hour left.
