Rooms are okay but the microphones are poorly maintained. Stairs to the 2nd floor are also very steep.

Not really the best KTV I've been to. While they may be a bit spacious than most and have a projector screen, the speakers sounded "basag" and they only have one microphone. They have a very limited menu and serve room temp beer. They use a weird spoon for the ice bucket and only give you two disposable cups. If you want to have more cups cause you don't want to share cups (pandemic still ongoing), you have to pay an additional amount for the cups. Customer service is not good either. Staff don't greet you, have no idea on their spiels for what's best-selling, and they don't sound t happy or …

Tho the place was cozy and nice, the staff was mean and arrogant, even since that they have wronged us for charging us of paying double the hour even if we are certain that we've been here just an hour. We reasoned the staff but they kept being arrogant and mean without consideration, We even have evidence that we've been just here an hour
