This is my first time in Long Beach, and I still miss the hot pot in Chengdu so much. After searching for a long time, I finally found this one. The boss is very polite and the waiters in the store can understand Chinese! The hot pot tastes exactly the same as in Chengdu, and the dishes are quite fresh! Love is coming!
So far it's the worst Sichuan Hotpot I've ever tasted. Meats are not fresh, some of it ingredients tasted artificial and even fake, for example duck blood, vermicelli and etc. Not a small dining place in Boracay however customers were smoking inside the restaurant!
Our group ate here recently as we stumbled across this place walking to Dmall. The meat and veges were fresh and nice assortment of hotpot condiments. There was a selection of fish balls to choose from. Staff was attentive and happy to come back next time.
Came around 5pm and there was no one there. The ingredients are super stale, the pork rib soup is good, but the spicy hot pot is so disappointing that I won’t eat it. I didn't notice that it said 659p/person unlimited downstairs. When we were shown the menu, it didn't say there was a buffet. The hotpot charge was 588p, and three meat dishes, two staple dishes, and one vegetarian dish for two people cost over 3,000p.
