There are a lot of cafes in BGC. Sift Laureana is located on the southern edge of BGC so it's away from the noisier spots. The cornbeef was delicioso and reasonably priced. I love their all day breakfast menu items. If you're looking for a more tranquil place, check it out!

The place is easyto find especially if you're familiar in BGC, its not crowded thats why we liked it. I have yet to try the coffee though the iced choco is not bad and doesnt taste like cheap chocolate. We also ordered caramel bar and its one of the best! I can imagine it having it with hot latte 😋 my friend had their cheesecake brownie she likes it but personally it has an after taste of coffee it would be also good with hot latte. The staff is game on taking picture of us. We love this place and definitely will try their other food.

A promising cafe! We ordered pastries and coffee, the latter we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was kind and so urgent in assisting us. The cafe would look better if they maintain the plants or put up additional decor. Would like to revisit after a few months to check if there are improvements, since relatively this is a new branch. I’m also aiming to try their main dishes next time.

My regular "silog" spot whenever I'm in this chill part of BGC. I usually have bangsilog (fried bangus) or Spanish sardines, 2 sunny side up eggs, and garlic rice. However, my favorite is actually the corned beef silog. Reasonable prices for the quality and quantity (I can never finish the rice)... I then end with a fresh-baked pastry & coffee pairing. I used to come here 3-5x a week for breakfast and occasional dinners. I stopped upon discovering they have little stones in their rice. I almost broke a tooth on it. My partner confirmed she also had stones in hers, and experienced it before a few times there but just didn't say anything before to me. This is maybe a sign they are using cheap low quality rice, and don't have a good process for making it clean before preparing.
