Our love story began in 2017 at the Urgello branch, and the silogan there played a special part in it. Even now, with a daughter by our side, this silogan remains the absolute best. This is our first time at the Banilad branch, and I'm happy to say the garlic rice and porksilog are still amazing, my favorite as always.

I ordered porksilog with extra rice but sad to say the food is not good. The rice of porksilog both plain and garlic is not fresh , i mean it’s very cold. The utensils also they did not put hot water on the container.

I don't like the customer service. The cashier that handled our order today was very rude. She was very sarcastic and don't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience she has caused. VERY LOW CLASS ATTITUDE!!!👎
