I expected too much because of the price. 5 stars for the buko pandan. Love it! 3.5 stars for the Chicken Inasal. Chicken was about a quarter, I think. Well marinated. Juicy. 3 stars for the sisig, was served cold, dry and not worth the price paid for it. 1 star for the ensalada. Will not eat it again except if its for free (casino voucher)
must try: Caldereta
Refreshing Filipino (fusion) restaurant. First time to taste pork adobo pizza. Sisig's the best.
I came here for a birthday and thank goodness I didn't have to pay for the food as everything was disappointing except for the mechado. As it's inside an upscale casino, everything is expensive which is understandable but taste-wise, I would enjoy the food better at cheaper establishments. The wait staff also just stood to one side chatting amongst themselves and I'd really have to call their attention to get service. Don't think I'd want to come back.
Upon arrival, the initial server's lack of communication and the subsequent server's abrupt behavior were off-putting. The absence of guidance regarding seating options and the discomfort of being near smoking patrons were notable downsides. Moreover, the dishes, such as the sisig and Pork Adobo pizza, failed to impress with the sisig tasting overwhelmingly of pork fat and being served cold, while the pizza was overly salty. Overall, based on our visit, we wouldn't recommend dining at this establishment.
