Sinangag Express is open 24 hours. You cannot miss its location; it's just across University of Perpetual Help Dalta Medical Center. I was a bit disappointed though because I pictured in mind that the "sinangag" or the fried rice has garlic on top, and served hot. The tapa was not warm either. The lucban longganisa was superb though and so was the tofu.

Affordable Filipino food like tapas and longganisas are sold here. They also have soya milk and chilled taho. Parking space could be an issue, limited slots only. Cash basis only.
