Been here twice - one for lunch and one for dinner The staff will welcome you as you enter and tell you the story behind each artwork you pass as you go to the main dining space. Food, ambiance and service are all topnotch. It also has an unobstructed view of Taal. Allot extra time so you can enjoy the view before or after you dine.

This was the most pleasant Tagaytay experience we had in recent years. Restaurant has a great view. If you reserve seats for two, make sure to specify the table to have unobstructed view. (Half of tables for two have obstructed view) I love their receiving area. Mica showcased artworks mindfully installed throughout the property. Welcome drinks were a great touch. Property is difficult for wheelchair. They have funicular but the ramp has gaps/ small drops. Food is one of the best in Tagaytay. We tried the tartare - best value for money! This is my new favorite restaurant. The view of Taal is amazing and the interior is very well-thought of. The staff was attentive and they even give you a tour around the property.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sinta for lunch, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The service, ambience, and stunning views were all top-notch, but the star of the afternoon was undoubtedly the food. We made an impromptu reservation, and to our delight, they were able to accommodate us on very short notice. We had our small dog with us in a pet carrier, and while they initially offered us a spot in their al fresco dining area, they went above and beyond when they saw how warm it was outside. This is very much a 5 star fine dining place, the price is quite upscale, however it does live up to the price point. Their service is top notch, very professional, very friendly. The place is stunning, but unfortunately we didn't get to see any view when we went because of fog/smog. For the food, we liked everything we got, the only thing that was maybe just so so was their chorizo and shrimp pasta.
