Sinta Tagaytay

This is definitely a 5-star fine dining reastaurant! I love the ambiance, the service, and the food! I'll definitely come back here. 🩷 They also provide a mini tour of the art pieces and provide welcoming drinks.

I definitely recommend ordering the Crab and Popcorn Chowder (not in the pic), Eye of the Ribeye, and Seafood Open Lasagne.

We spent around PHP 8,000 +++ but definitely worth the visit.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sinta for lunch, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The service, ambience, and stunning views were all top-notch, but the star of the afternoon was undoubtedly the food.

We made an impromptu reservation, and to our delight, they were able to accommodate us on very short notice. We had our small dog with us in a pet carrier, and while they initially offered us a spot in their al fresco dining area, they went above and beyond when they saw how warm it was outside. Our server named Ace is very accommodating and you will not be intimidated even if it's your first time dining here. We ordered Ceasar Salad, Lamb Shank Ravioli, Chateubriand (steak) and Declension for dessert, I must say it was good. Will definitely be back here again most likely lunch for the view :)

Sinta Tagaytay is a 10/10 for me. From the breathtaking view, to the exquisite food.

The tartare and the steak were the standouts for me. My words can’t justify how good their food is, basta masarap!

Once you arrive, the kind staff will give you a quick tour of the place. This made me appreciate the food more. Although Sinta is on the pricier side, I can definitely say that the experience was worth every peso.

Verdict: Babalik, on special occassions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is very much a 5 star fine dining place, the price is quite upscale, however it does live up to the price point. Their service is top notch, very professional, very friendly. The place is stunning, but unfortunately we didn't get to see any view when we went because of fog/smog.

For the food, we liked everything we got, the only thing that was maybe just so so was their chorizo and shrimp pasta. They have an excellent tableside Caesar salad, and a great butter popcorn soup with crab for their starters. For their mains their shrimp curry was very good, as was their bulalo osso bucco.
