Masarap ang sisig. Not the usual type - very tasty and crispy. Paired with panakbet, it is the best meal I have in this russia food strip. The service is quick, and you dont have to wait long. This place offers good food at an affordable price. We learned that the owner purposely keeps the menu simple to ensure they deliver on quality. On this trip, we tried, and was pleased, with 2 of their meals. Their best-selling pork sisig is tasty and extra crispy. The palabok has scrumptious shrimp sauce -- for those with mild seafood allergies who would dare to try, this is a dish worth your antihistamines. We had our dinner here and we were shocked by the servings. I ordered beef caldereta with only 3 pieces of meat. the potato is like 2 slices. I wish I could just eat a canned dish. I was caught by a 180 something. Anyway, the sisig is just keri and there is no egg. It's weird but it's okay for a hungry person. We only try because their restaurant looks nice, it's a shame. Overpriced. I will not return. 🦧

Solid quiet dining. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Sisig is very beautiful. I will come back for sure.
