Customer service provided was not what we expected. They let us get all the ingredients at the counter eventhough they have enough people to serve and accommodate us. We even saw one of their servers just randomly chatting and not minding us. The lady at the counter even scolded that one server who was about to serve us the chicken proven that we ordered so that we'll be the one to tire ourselves and get the order at the counter. Seriously, fastfood chains and some carenderias serve better than you guys. Please be mindful of the service you provide to your customers :)

The food is okay, still delicious. But customer service sucks! That old lady at the reception doesn't know the basics of accomodating customers. So unclear. Would highly not recommend!
