I'd choose to eat at this place over the ones near the apartment even if the costs are a little bit more expensive.

"Pares" is one of the go to late night/early morning drunk food, and this is a great place to get this dish. They're open 24 hours a day, no official parking, but parking in front of the store is the way to go. Food tastes great, albeit in medium portions but is priced right.
