For appetizer, we ordered the garlic and cheese roti and it was demolished quickly as it was really good. The sauce really complemented it. We then ordered popcorn shrimp, their singaporean crispy chicken, char kway teow, and a side of plain rice. The popcorn shrimp was tasty and it had a good crunch. It wasn’t dry or overcooked considering most places tend to overcook shrimps when they’re deep fried. It came with a sweet chili sauce which worked well but I tried dipping the shrimp with the roti sauce and it worked even better in my opinion. The singaporean crispy chicken is, well, acceptab…
It was one of my favorite restaurants before and until now it never fails to amaze me. The food is delicious as always and the food they serve is good for 3-4 persons so it was a lot and we were just two people eating there. We ate all the 5 dishes that we ordered but wasn’t able to finish the rice because there was a lot of rice. 😅 The drinks we ordered were not that good and I wasn’t able to finish it.
Second time here and this time, i so love their food. Delicious! Roti curry dip tastes good. I love how the oyster sauce with a bit of spiciness mixed the moment it reaches your palate, with their oyster squid. The squid was also tender and u'll enjoy it to the last piece. Their brocolli seafood was also great. When you look at their menu, it may look expensive but their serving is for sharing already of about 2-3 persons. The food was served at a reasonable time. Their staffs are quick however not that friendly. Prolly because that was give or take 8pm, nearing the end of their day and mos…
Was here because I'm craving for Laksa. Place is too small, not the usual spacious restaurant. Had their Laksa, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Plain Roti and Sambal sauce. Laksa - presentation does not look like Laksa, soup is pwede na and tinipid sa subak, duha ra ka shrimp and half nga egg and tufo for the price of 400+. 3 out of 5 ⭐️ (Could have been better if there are plenty of subak para worth it imong 400) Had to order their Sambal to add more on their Laksa but their Sambal is not what I expected and it's crunchy 🤭 something is missing like lemongrass, galanggal or turmeric sa Sambal Suac…
My overall rating for this restaurant is mediocre, mostly because of the food. I ordered the Seafood Curry, and the curry sauce was delicious. Unfortunately the seafood inside didn’t match the sauce. It had prawns but they were extremely overcooked and they barely had 3 or 4. It had plenty of clams, but they also weren’t cooked well as most of them were still shut closed. Finally it had fish balls, which were alright, but the dish would have been much better and of higher quality with actual fish. The service was good in spite it being lunch time and fairly crowded. Portions are good enough f…
