We had dinner at around 8:30 in the evening, the surge of diners have decreased, the servers were of course, are tired at this point but we were still greeted and served well. There were some instances that we had to ask for a follow up on some of our refill requests, but it was alright. Yabu’s tonkatsu is an all time favorite! Hoping that they can open new branches in Pampanga 🍴

Yabu is one of our favorite fast casual dining places. Quality food and friendly staff. This branch in SM Moa in particular seem to always have a queue even in the afternoon, after lunch hours. We had our meal at 3pm and had to wait 8 spots. But we are always sure of the quality and service.

This is our first time dining in and it was all worth it. The food really has a big portions and we also enjoyed the part where you will make your own sauce.

Impressive service! All the staff are nice and approachable. Good attitude towards guests. Food quality from size, taste, and consistency. They also serve freshly sliced cabbage (you can taste if it’s fresh or not). Good job to this branch!

While the service at this restaurant left much to be desired, with multiple attempts needed to get attention and a chaotic system for assigning servers, the quality of the food ultimately saved the experience. The Japanese rice, in particular, was perfectly cooked—a rarity in many Manila establishments. If you can endure the service hiccups, the flavors of the cuisine make it worth a visit.
