S&R were just opened and when we enter the store, we are the 2nd customer. Yet we wait for a long time to get our food. Like, 6 or 7 customers after us get their food first. And when we get our food, the pizza is undercooked. It's gooey in the center that it's stuck at the box. Also, they only give 2 packets of ketchup for the entire pizza.

First time to dine in and i had a not so good experience. Bad service for that day. We waited for almost an hour. But food was good.

They got the worst customer service of all the S&R Restaurants I have visited so far. The cashier lady, who happens to be with the name 'Padilla' based on my receipt, talks to me as if she wanted another job than what she's doing. And apparently, S&R is in their record low that they now hesitate to give out paper cups to paying customers. We bought sodas in bottles and nicely asked for cups with ice, but staff said no; they don't give out cups unless we ask for service water. OMG what kind of logic is that?! They chose to screw over their customer rather than giving out a paper cup that costs…

Pizza is great as usual. But crews are rude and not pleasant to talk with. They even not allow us to have a cup with ice (in a small cup) which is not a big deal if they can provide. we have purchased their bottled Pepsi Max. They can give water with ice in that small cup ONLY FOR THOSE not for the purchased bottled drink I don't get the logic on that. WORST S&R ever!

S&R in Ayala Malls Serin Tagaytay is the best in annoying Customers! The Crew lacks in good customer service. They did not even gave enough condiments for a Whole Pizza?? for real??? 4 sachet of hot sauce foe a Whole Pizza? Oh come on! WORST S&R I HAVE EVER VISITED.
