Dining in here with a group is a not advisable. I think they have opportunities when it comes to poor customer service, one step at a time. The serving of the pizzas here is huge.

Worst customer service. They have staffs with rude attitude. First, they do not apply first come first serve policy (at the cashier section). We were first in line but the cashier asked for the order of the customers at the back. We politely said that we get there first but, she insisted that we should wait for the cashier on her side (with attitude tone and face). Possibly the worst S&R branch that we've tried. We ordered at around past 7PM, it is far from closing but almost all of their items in the menu are not available anymore (to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe it was a slow day, regardless they could've just closed for the day). We only ordered a couple of hotdogs with fries and drinks and they promised us 15 mins, took them a lot of time for just those couple of orders which took 30+ mins - we are already late to our movie showing. VERY WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Lalo na yung AKA MANAGER nilang naka RED uniform. They don't provide excellent assistance for the customer, she's rude, REALLY UNHELPFUL, SHE do not offer extra service for the two whole pizza I ordered. EVEN WHEN I OFFERED THEM TO PAY FOR EXTRA FOR DOING THAT SIMPLE FAVOR.
