S&R at SM City Bicutan offers your typical S&R menu and a good dining spot. Brightly lit and friendly staff, this branch is easily accessible since it's in Building A and you can easily pass by it. We visited during a Sunday and at the start of mall hours. People started queuing up and the store was easily filled with families trying to order in this branch. We waited at least about 15-20 minutes to have orders up. We first got the Boba Tea, which was good, though there were tons of ice. Great place for great food in good-sized portions and many choices, such as their New York style pizzas, fries, burgers, fried chicken, clam chowder, and with sauce dispensers on the side. Staff and service are professional, friendly and fast. No wonder, during weekends the place can get crowded. Their takeout pizzas, fit for groups and parties, are worth the wait! They usually have promos too. Highly recommended everytime!

• The 18" Combo and Pepperoni Pizza is okay. 5/10 • Honey and sriracha chicken wings is delicious, i highly recommend it. 10/10 I would definitely order it again, not the pizza though. 😊

Slow takes 30MINS to get in line 15 mins to wait pizza and stuff... Also theres people CUTTIN IN LINE!!! STAFF DOES NOTHING OF IT

Not Fast Food! Be Aware of long waiting times! They said 15 minutes to us, which is already too long for calling it fast food, but it then took half an hour to prepare 3 slices of so called already made pizza.
