They are so freaking slow! It takes way too long to simply order. Then you're told the order will take 15-20 minutes cause basic pizza slices are not available. It can take 35 minutes from the time you enter til the time you get your food. Way too long.

Raised in the NY Metropolitan area, I know what NY pizza tastes like, and this place delivers. It's the same taste as the Costco pizza in the NY and NJ metro area. The service was great. The atmosphere, though, reminded me of a state prison and / or college dormitory cafeteria in the US. I would recommend this place.

I see everyone buying and raving about the pizza here so I had to try it as well. The pizza was pretty good! It tastes just like costco pizza in fact. It would be nice if the bottom crust was cruncher and crispier. But overall, it had a good flavor and big slice. We also ordered 2 burgers. The burgers were also good. The beef patty was flavorful by itself. However, the bun to patty ratio was out of proportion. very disappointed! I request not to put some meat (for just 2 slices) on our Hawaian pizza order and we will pay as it is, the cashier declined so as the manager, She said that the product will get ruined! 🤧 Oh, the presentation is more important than the customer’s experience and satisfaction. I only experience this in this branch.

WORST SRRVICE EVER. THEY'RE VERY SLOW AND VERY RUDE. I asked for hot sauce the staffed namely, Joshua threw the sauce packs on my tray???? I mean who in their right mind would do that. Look how crowded it is and how slow food is coming out of their kitchen. Our card was charged the price but they said it'll come back but i paid in cash as well. I can't express my frustration enough.
