Whenever I got pizza cravings I went to this store and asusual the manager and staff are very friendly, unlike in Robinsons Manila where the staff frowns.. S & R Waltermart Macapagal Ave, is one of the friendliest for me.. 5 star for you

This is not fast food. It takes almost forever for your order to be available. They would ask you to wait for a certain time, and wait longer after the initial timeline has passed. Quality of the fries has deteriorated. Staff not as professional and courteous.

Arrived around 8.05pm on 17th Nov. and server plain refused to sell me pizza by the slice which they clearly state is available on the menu. She insisted I order a whole pizza. How on earth am I supposed to finish an entire pizza by myself??? The server looked like I inconvenienced her by coming to the shop. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Even if there is a legitimate reason to decline my business, she should surely ask me to look at other options (like a burger)… I actually considered the burger but being completely ignored, I just lost my appetite and left. 😡☹️ Across the mall is a Korean BBQ place which does…
