The options I chose had frozen strawberries. The crew could've taken the strawberries out of the freezer before opening the cafe, so their customers who'll order desserts with strawberries won't damage their teeth enamel.

We decided to hangout here while waiting for others in our group since the food display looked fancy yummy and the vibes seemed kind of chill. So we stood in line to take our orders - some pastries and coffee. It took a while like 15/20minutes maybe, not sure if it was due to rush hour or what. Finally got our coffee, lukewarm and just ok. Would be satisfied if it was really hot unless it was sitting in the counter for a while 🫤. A bit disappointed with pastry though, it looked fancy but the taste was just ordinary. If you're an OG, you would know that this chain is popular in Japan for a reason. So it is very disappointing that the service in this cafe is bad. There used to be a few branches of St. Marc Cafe in the Metro but they all closed eventually. Food and drinks are just like how they are in Japan, but service here is so bad! Staffs are cold and hardly welcoming. The cashier, Rizza, has always a irritated and bored look in her face. The staff here need serious training, they are in the customer service industry. Food is still great. Definitely worth your consideration if you’re in the area. Service needs help, took them more than 15mins to prepare my (black) coffee and bread. They also ran out of smaller cups during our visit (Sunday) and required us to order large coffee instead. Note that they also ran out of cutlery (at 2pm in the afternoon!).
