Stayed here for 2 nights and I can say that it was a pretty nice stay. Quiet neighborhood.. and you can rent a whole villa. It's a safe place away from the busy city. It takes about a 10-minute drive to get to the city. Some parts of the villa though need renovations as the buildings built and the fixtures are mostly antique and are starting to fall off. But since it is a sign of history, it shouldnt matter as it wouldnt really affect your stay in general. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
House is big and rooms are spacious. Perfect for family vacation. I just have a concern on the smell of cigarette on room sa groundfloor on 1st day. The previous tenant must have smoked there and the smell stayed. Took 2 days before nawala amoy.
Spacious rooms and very clean when we stayed here for 3 days. Near BCC as well for our convention. You can book these houses/unit on airbnb.
The compound is surrounded by pine trees and the units have a pinewood cottege feel that helps you get more immersed in the Baguio environment. There are no stores or restaurant close to the village so better pack up or plan out deliveries. This is a better alternative to transient houses where you are assured good views and assured parking space.

The amenities were all working fine except for one shower in the downstairs room, but it was quickly repaired by the staff so it wasn't really a big problem. What I loved the most during our stay here was the solitude and calmness I felt. Plus, I adore the the interior of the house. The place is also safe and secured 24/7 by guards (an…
