The service and food and beverage selections are pretty consistent with the other Starbucks stores. The Reserve counter appeared disproportionately bigger than the customer seating area available. This is one of those stores where you will need to buy something first to get a code for the restroom. The merch shelves were well-stocked.

Let me say that I'm not a fan of this establishment, but do go in for a coffee when I'm travelling, never at home. Melbourne has much better coffee options and I'm a very infrequent consumer. But I have to rate this particular place because I had such a pleasant experience. The guard was really helpful when he saw I had difficulty standing, all the staff were pleasant and the atmosphere is very nice. Great place for an informal catchup.

This is one of our to go to starbucks reserve branches. It's pretty spacious and has a lot of seats but if it's the weekend, it can become packed. Anything else is still the same with your typical starbucks branch. The only problem I hate on this branch is that cellular service on this place dearly sucks.

If you’re thinking of coming here to get some work done then don’t. It’s loud and the wifi is horrible. They don’t have their own wifi and relies on the mall wifi which is slow and has spotty connectivity.

Im a regular customer at this branch. This day July 22, 2024 I encountered 2 male baristas na parang sintu-sinto at sa Tondo nakuha. Tone of voice was off and parang mag hahamon ng suntukan. The way my coffee was served was not even announced and was only pointed at me then the barista left like Im bothering them. Will prolly not go back at this branch.
