Starbucks Friendship Highway Angeles City Drive-Thru

I do not like our matcha frappe and latte. I think they forgot to include the syrup. It is bitter and Ice was not blended well. Hard to drink using the straw. 😥 Not worth the cheat. So sad. 😭

Ambience was okay but place was crowded and a bit noisy.

But will give it a chance next time. Hope they will get the right taste and blend of my favorite SB drink, my matcha frappe. 👌

Oustanding service. People here are so friendly. This is my new favorite store. I had trouble remembering the names of the drinks I'd decided to order beforehand, and the lady who took my order knew exactly what I was asking for. The POS machine stalled midway after my card was charged, and someone immediately stepped in to help. They talked me through the whole process as they were fixing the issue, and they did it with a smile. You can really feel these folks are serving you. There are some very poor Starbucks in Angeles. This is not one of them. Of course it is very nearly new, but the organisation, the quality of the fittings, the quality of the service made it all a rather pleasant surprise. Nice place to sit outside and watch the world go by.
