Ordered my usual misto but this branch though the staff is friendly and all, the misto doesn’t even have a hint of coffee in it, I thought it’s me who doesn’t know my coffee. I asked the staff just to be clear that it’s one part coffee with equal amount of skimmed milk, but it’s like more milk sans coffee. I politely asked the barista and she asked me if I want more coffee in it, yes, she obliged but when I got it back, nothing has changed. Oh well, so I’m not sure if it’s me or the coffee or the barista 🤔🤔🤔

Imagine you have a very busy starbucks 1st, 2nd and balcony on a holiday evening and this starbuck store only has one working toilet which obviously is a big inconvenience to the customers!! Nothing was functional in the 2nd floor and everyone had to go downstair to pack up the only one toilet there.. It is not acceptable to queue 15-20mins just to have your turn to use the toilet. Like pls, be considerate to your customers and take consider this feedback. I wont go here if I prefer to have a cozy and enjoying stay.
