The place is good, Just like a typical Starbucks. The service was amiable. They were so considerate in addressing concerns and were a great help. The place is too crowded though. So the atmosphere is not as good and is mostly busy.

I had my 19th stars and I did get the award of a mug and the tote bag. Thank you SB. Sana improve nyo pa ang quality ng black coffee nyo especially the Americano. Meron din sana lungo or long black sa menu.

They have a huge dining space on the upper floor. Good cozy place to hang out with your friends. It's open until midnight mostly. Had their new choco blueberry marshmallow shake with cream. It was refreshing and also the combinations were good. ♿✔️ Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance and seating on ground floor. Service was so good. They're maintaining covid protocols and keeping the place clean always.

One of the crowded SB! Stayed here for just an hour while waiting to our Driver. So Noisy! Will not visit this branch again!

The person in charge of taking orders was not attentive. I ordered a decaf drink, but it was not communicated to the person making the coffee. The staff are not focused; you need to ask for a straw and tissue as they do not provide them automatically. The taste of their coffee is different from before—it's now bland and lacking in flavor.
