This starbucks branch is so scrimpy! I always order BSISE with 3pumps of brown sugar & light ice in SB branches located in BGC but I have never encountered the drink so under-filled like this. When I asked to add a little more soymilk the Barista’s insisted that its only 4oz and when I told him that I always get this drink in SB aura & SB 32nd street and it wasn’t this under-filled he then said they are wrong and that this is the standard?!? They offered to make to drink again instead of putting an ounce more of soymilk?! I am extremely disappointed in this branch.
Well, I am not sure if anyone noticed, but the price is different from other branches. It is more expensive than others! The rest, it’s just a typical Starbucks but with many people hoard to get a coffee before they attend their flights. It is not 24/7 and opened around 5 am, if you have early flight, maybe you should choose other brands. In addition, the space is quite small, so even you plan to dine in, you won’t find a seat there even you are early to be in line.
As usual a little more expensive as it is in an airport. Nice staff.
We had a strange and mediocre experience at this branch. It is conveniently close to the gates, though it only has space for four small tables inside, seating two people each. There are more seating options outside for larger groups, which was good. As others have mentioned, the prices are higher, around ₱30 more or less. While there were price labels for the food on the stand, some items were actually priced higher than labeled – we didn’t know until we paid. I found that strange – like, why? They didn’t provide sleeves for our hot drinks. You will need to ask for them. We asked for sugars…
My girlfriend had an ham and cheese toast before our flight and ended up with the worst food poisoning ever, throwing up for the whole flight, which was 8+ hours. When we went to the airport, she was empty stomach and Starbucks was the only thing she ate, so the food poisoning could have only happened because of it It's a shame that a brand like Starbucks allows this thing to happen, particularly in an airport where people have a long journey ahead Shame on you!
