To give this place 5 stars is erroneous and lacks good judgement. There was no ice when we visited on 11-28-24 Thanksgiving Day. The issue was that the ice machine broke because nobody maintained it. I saw 90% of their customers leave after knowing the fact. But this speaks volumes of the management of this location. It's poorly run. The staff was very stingy with their Splenda and honey. They will do everything in their power not to give it out to customers who ask for it, even though they ordered the drinks for it. Not recommended.

We went there after lunch and after having walked so much to have our coffee with our cake. The shop was almost full when we arrived including the upper deck but we were to get a cozy area under the stairs for our group of six. The staff are very friendly. Coffees, tea and chocolate drinks are per standard of all Starbucks chains. We were able to connect to the WiFi through as Okada guest at 4 hours limit.

Aside from the ambiance, this is one of the worst Starbucks I've been to. They do not have any cold drinks available. When asked for the reason, they said no ice. And not because the ice maker is broken. They just don't have ice. Service is also less than desirable. The baristas do not listen to instructions and seem very very stingy. At other locations, the barista gives 3 honey packets for a venti size hot tea. However, they only give 2 here and charge for any extra. Unless you are addicted to Starbucks and need a Starbucks fix, I'd suggest you wait and go elsewhere.
