I occasionally stop here for caramel macchiato during my coffee craving days. There's a wide variety of breads and pastries that perfectly go well with any kind of coffee and tea. The staff are kind and friendly. They accommodate customers promptly and courteously. The atmosphere is great with good choice of music. I will be definitely coming back..

One of the best coffee shop in Session road. You can seat and relax while drinking your favourite coffee☕😂The ambience is awesome.😍😍 The space in extension area out side is just enough to bring your family or friends. You can work remotely 💻💻because it is peaceful😂. Staffs are kind too!! The service is very good!!

Staff are always super accommodating and thoughtful. It's great that they have a separate seating space at the back for customers who want to stay longer and don't want to be disturbed by foot traffic. They always heat up my pastries (when appropriate) without me needing to ask which I appreciate. And kudos to kuya guard patrolling around the doors to the seating area, he makes the place feel safer. 👍 I also like that they open at 7AM so I can start my day with coffee. Overall great customer service and location. 😊

This is the second time your barista has an attitude; my drink spilled, but none of your staff took the initiative to hand a tissue in front of me, although I was at the counter at the time. Same individual. Even my friend says somehow they sounds quite rude.

Very disappointed, Very bad experience , first time with Starbucks Employees. The Vibe they served to me was so bad, unkind and unfriendly. Customer service Zero! Disgusting attitude received from two of this branch’s employees (both male). I remember one of them is Adrian. Definitely killed my vibe yesterday night. Will never visit this branch again. I don’t know how these people got hired by SB. Worst attitude ever for a Starbucks Partner. 🤢🤢🤢 p.s the iced caramel macchiato I ordered was disgusting as well- can’t barely taste any coffee just way too milky!
