Like this location very much due to less people in weekdays and the sofa chair is comfy. The staff is also friendly. However, it seemed that there are some delivery order which makes the staff pretty busy and you will have to wait in line for it.

Very nice Starbucks with a great atmosphere. Quite relaxing. Unfortunately, there is a large stain on the couch that is quite noticeable. The restrooms have a PIN device, but do not require any input. If the door does not open, someone is using it.

Update: I go from time to time to try new cakes or drinks on offer. So far, the purple yam and mango crepe cake is my current fave. The banana apple choco hazelnut and almond cake is also good. They also have the most decent Kouign amann I've tried in Manila. Great space, ambiance plus Reserve drinks 👍👌. Try their cold malt brew from the reserve menu, not from the main counter in the usual corner. The use of space is ideal such that even on some days when there are more people hanging out here than usual, it does not feel crowded and you can still concentrate on work or whatever you're…

Would have given this place a 5 star as the ambiance and service in general was very satisfactory. However our visit was marred by the lackluster service of a Sally (as it said on the receipt). She maintained a stoic face from the time she took our orders. She can’t even be bothered to hand over the food tray properly. Everyone else was just so pleasant and polite!

Lovely, efficient, really nice staff. I loved my everything 🥯 bagel and the hot chocolate. Other pastries and the coffee i’ve tried is good too. Nice spacious branch. Everything is great . Thanks guys
