Great views from here. Furniture are great, with several option for inside or al fresco diners. Nice interiors with high ceiling. The comfort rooms though are not so aesthetic.

Wait time was not too long since we visited on a weekday afternoon. Probably 30minutes from door to counter. People took quite sometime order since most are ordering in bulk. Front staff was well organized. Right from the door, they will ask for the number of your party and will wait according to current seating capacity of the cafe. Queue on the counter was tolerable, there was about 2 counters open to service. They accept discount cards and had a wide array of food, pastries and drinks available during our visit. The line was quite long, but we were willing to wait outside because once inside, you will be assisted by a staff member who helped you to find a table. Overall, the experience was positive. However, there were a few minor issues. For example, when ordering tea with strawberry syrup, we sometimes had to remind the staff to add the syrup, even after specifying it initially. We understand that this may be due to the high volume of customers. A convenient solution is to bring your own cup. The staff can then fill it with the desired drink and syrup.

Visited at 7AM on a Saturday — no lines at all. Loved their cold brew(the float and molten). The stunning view of Taal Volcano made it even better.

Very nice view of Taal volcano while having your favorite caffeine. Ample parking spaces. Good customer service. Just be ready to line up. Worth the wait because of the view.
