I went to this place with foreign friends a few years ago and we all had a great time chatting while sipping Starbucks beverages. Just like the rest of its stores, Starbucks SM City Baguio has a wide variety of coffee and cake selections. The staff were very kind and courteous to us and served our orders on time. Since we went there during peak hours, we chose to be seated outdoors. Even so, the atmosphere was great with the store's good choice of jazz music.

I've been a regular customer at various SB branches, consistently ordering the same drink. This was my second time ordering from this particular location, and I noticed that my coffee was much stronger than what I'm used to. I’m not sure if there was a mix-up with my order, but the blend was so intense that I couldn’t really enjoy it. I’ve had this drink many times at other branches without any issues, so this was a bit surprising. Hopefully, next time, the drink will be more in line with what I’ve come to expect.
