Arrived around 1:10pm on a Saturday at the store and there aren’t that much people when I walked in. 10 minutes after ordering, more people entered. I moved to one of the high chair seats since I found it more comfy working on my laptop that way. Service is great, you need a code to enter the restroom hence only those that have purchased drinks/pastries are allowed to use it. I love their grapefruit teavana and the limited edition strawberry dream cream. Tried the new strawberry crepe and it wasn’t my type vs other crepe cakes I’ve had. I wished I just went for their other pastries.

Got my Best Ever Free Starbucks Drink (with 2 add-ons) My receipt from the other branch was selected to do a survey and to get a free drink in any branch. So I chose this branch, SM BF to claim my free drink. I just chose Strawberry Creme Frap due to 🍓. And the staff who was getting my order was soooo nice. She recommended making my milk, breve and adding chips to my drink. I have not added any to my paid drink before and I am happy to know I could do that to my free drink. A nice place. Mostly crowded because it's in a mall so you have to wait for a table esp now they have a limited sitting. But other than that all good. Crew are mostly friendly and accommodating. Specialy with this visit of mine, so I had to wrap a small gift to be sent via a courier, I had to put in a card from them, so I asked for a paper and a tape. And all went well and my gift looks good.

Went to get a couple of drinks while waiting for my son to get something from the mall. I got my usual hot, err i mean lukewarm Chamomile Tea (5/5) - no honey ha. Service would have been great if not for this dude in a starbucks uniform who kept on bugging me while i was selecting a mug for my nephew (request nya) -- he kept on pushing me to buy a christmas ornament... un na lang daw ipang gift ko.. eh? At dahil dyan 3 lang ang service rating nyo.

It is great that this store is located at the lobby of SM BF which makes it very accessible for its patrons. They also get top marks not just for their drinks but for their assorted pastry items that will surely satisfy your sweeth tooth. Service and Ambiance also get great scores since the crew members are attentive and courteous while their open concept atmosphere provides coziness and warmth. Visit this store and have friendly banter, scholastic pursuits, and corporate discussions all while having a cup of their famed coffee which is revered throughout the globe.
