Newly opened Starbucks SM JMall beefing up the presence of the famous coffee chain in Mandaue. Located at the same busy road as their Oakridge branch in AS Fortuna, this branch has a more updated look for their interiors. Service was amazing and the baristas were absolutely friendly.

Went there since it's 3 star day for a drink, and got disappointed somehow, since they said its not available..quite surprising, since we've never encountered this to other starbucks stores. Hope the barista's have more a welcoming spirit as well.

You've been in a long queue, when it's your turn to be assisted, the terminal suddenly shuts down, the cashier asks to check the tx in my CC but I don't have any internet because the network signal is bad there, then the cashier repeatedly asks you to log in to their starbucks app instead to check...😑 I'm not a frequent starbs customer, I sometimes order online only and being asked to log in to their effing app to check a tx if it went through or not without any internet connection is close to impossible. Not a great experience at all... p.s. I've waited there, stuck in line just to wait for…
