Highlands Steakhouse is a place to have a good steak. I fell in love with their prime rib because it was nicely done according to my preference. The side dishes and accompaniments also taste great, and of course, it goes well with Cabernet Sauvignon. I am thankful for this place because it helped me satisfy my craving for an excellent steak.

The ribs, steak, and salmon were all pretty good. My filet mignon was good but a little under seasoned and not exactly medium rare all throughout. The chicken parm was served with a truffle pasta which was done really well — it’s pretty rare to get truffle pasta right since most restaurants either overuse it or use cheap truffle oil. Overall - big portions, great food and ok service.

Very huge portions for the pasta. It was made fresh as we can see from the kitchen but the food was served a bit too slowly for our liking. The afternoon ambiance was a bit sad inside the restaurant. Other than that, the food was still yummy.

Quiet place to eat good food. Steaks are yummy and soft to eat. The oysters are big,you know that it's not from nearby ports in Manila. The white pasta has a freshly made noodles. Weak cellphone signal and yet they even don't have a wifi. So if you need to call someone you have to get out of the resto. Overall food was great.
