Not too crowded when we visited. Ordered the usual Sausage Roll, hot White Chocolate Mocha drink while daughter go for Strawberry and Cream Frappe. However, the barista said the latter was not available so she ended smooching on the Chocolate Chip Cream Frappe.

Just want to say thank you for still delivering one order to RP (nearby area) in the middle of the night. And they did it in a timely manner as well with my order's specifics correct. Edit: Dining inside is fine, but it's better for deliveries so that you don't have to be with a lot of people and noise.

When you are at SM City Novaliches, this is your best choice for a chill out spot that's not too cramped. The only downside is that it gets noisy during peak hours.

Service is really GOOD when it comes to preparing orders, mabilis ang staff. But the atmosphere is not so good because of customers who doesn't know Clean As You Go policy. Ang babuy ng mga tao dito.

I asked for a straw for my frappe and they didn't give it to me because I was dining in. I thought it'll be fine considering their straw is made of paper and it's recyclable. Idk how to drink a frappe with a mountain of cream when I was only given one fork and it's for my pasta. The scenario lowered my self-esteem and is now affecting my mental health because now I'm not sure if I can take out the coffee I paid for, what if they refused to give it too🥲
