I was in the Philippines working for two weeks. And stopped by here daily before work- but because the coffee was just wonderful but. After day 1, Adrian, Dom, Richmond Ace, always greeted me by name when I walked in, knew what I wanted to order and always made me feel welcomed with warm conversation. Hospitality is 1000%. They deserve a raise Starbucks! Thanks for always making my coffee and refresher while I was there

Just like your regular starbucks and the usual menu. Good for solo diners, studying, working, official meeting, and bonding with friends and family.

Idk why walang network signal both globe and smart. Our devices dont have service here. Also SB Scan qr from the app to pay for the bill ia not working. Idk why this happens sa stores nila even sa sm north. They need your sb card or uae other mode of payment. Which ia disappointing lalo na if di daa yung sb card, whats the purpose of the app if its not working 🤷🏻‍♀️food was great though. Still the same

I think the strawless policy for dine in customers must have some consideration, as like my order how can i enjoy my drink if i might not able to scoop the pearl with long handled teaspoon on a glass that is full of ice cubes? It doesn’t make any sense and how you can separate and scoop only the pearls? Ridiculous! In addition, the wall is very dirty, how you can eat and dine with this atmosphere. The management of starbucks sm fairview should look close into these issues. Staff also not polite compared to other starbucks we’ve been to.
