The location is awesome! It has a water feature outside with baby fish swimming around, and it is so tranquil. The food is great, as are the drinks. The staff works very hard to make the perfect drink. I will be back!

They could probably do what other stores are doing - crossing out unavailable items from the menu so that the customers can decide what to order in advance and lessen the time spent at the counter to be able to choose for drinks while they are in queue. I had to order something I didn't want cause they are out of WM and Chai and only found out after waiting for about 8 minutes on the line. I could've checked other stores around the area instead but I didn't, simply because I already waited on the line and wouldn't want to put my effort to waste, on top of that, there are people behind me wait…

Pablo very bad cashier. Doesn't listen to customer and has an attitude. Mess up my order when he took it. He made me wait for 30 minutes for plain hot tea.

I had an incredibly frustrating and discriminatory experience at this branch! 😡😡 My friends and I, who were dressed casually but appropriately, went in to grab a drink and have a chat. Mind you it was still within mall hours. Despite there being plenty of seats and the mall being open, we were abruptly told that the store was closing and that dine-in was no longer allowed. The person before us was able to dine in and there was no announcement that they were closing ahead of time! Poor franchise example which highlights the sloppy and uninterested management. I'm a foreign tourist with no local SIM so value wifi. The restaurant shows 3 WiFi networks - 1 for delivery and two for guests I asked for the guest password and was told all the networks were for delivery. I said I didn't believe that. They eventually said that they weren't given the password.
