The interior of this Starbucks Reserve was unlike any other coffee shop I've ever been to. The decor was modern and stylish, with a unique and sophisticated feel. As for the drinks, the selection at this Starbucks Reserve was truly impressive. They had a wide variety of specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages.

This is called Starbucks Reserved for a reason. It is more aesthetically pleasing than your typical SB branch. Words will not describe alone nor give it justice so better let the photos, or better yet, your eyes be the better judge when you drop in for a visit. They have bar seating as well as window seating arrangements. While this is nice, there are no power outlets available at these places so your only option is the seats against the left wall when you enter. Starbucks Reserve is premium so expect good service. Coffee is always good and Starbucks quality. Service however was lackluster. Our table was dirty with coffee spills and sticky food when we got our space, so we asked the Service Crew to kindly clean the table. The Service Crew just handed me a napkin. So I guess I have to clean after another previous customer. Maybe I need to ask Starbucks to pay me to clean their tables. And from a company that charges premium for their coffee. Am not impressed!

Disappointing Service at Starbucks Reserve, Podium I was looking forward to a good morning but had a bad experience instead. My coffee came with whipped cream, which I didn’t ask for, and the barista rudely grabbed the cup and removed it, then practically slammed it back on the table. When I requested my pastry to be warmed, it was still cold, and when I asked again, and I could clearly see the attitude on the staff’s face. To top it off, they didn’t even provide cutlery.
