I like the convenience aside from the ambience. I also appreciate the greetings of the personnel and I very much appreciate it whenever they greet the customers by name. I enjoyed every cup I ordered.

I ordered a reserve americano and double espresso. The beans are physically burnt. Not a burnt aroma. The water is also off with tastes of chloride and fluoride. The crema on the espresso was good but non-existent on the americano. It was brewed with a different method and not the espresso machine. I personally prefer americano from the espresso machine. It's always a huge letdown to serve coffee in plastic cups. Kills the entire experience. The low chair dining is not really inviting.

No power outlet but its good so no people lingering and monopolizing the seats. The design does not live up to expectation of being tagged as a Reserve Store. They also dont have other reserve coffee menu like Affogato and Malt brew

The quality of female employees is not good and their service attitude lacks education from the head office. Employee education does not reach Starbucks Premium, don’t ruin Starbucks’ reputation

I always order reserve hazeln but now is DIFFERENT and Disappointed to barista here. I order warm and they give very hot . No recommend!
