I was flabbergasted when I saw their merchandise display of Tagaytay Starbucks Been There Series Mugs. We went to Tagaytay the other week looking for this mug but to no avail. This time they have plenty of stocks. The staff are attentive and accommodating. Cozy and spacious, ideal place to hang out with friends over a cup of coffee.

This visit was great. Kudos to partner Lyra. The new Malty delight chocolate latte (hot) is delicious and delicately prepared. Not overcrowded. Music not too loud. Temperature comfortable.

Nice quiet nook to concentrate on your work or study tasks. The veranda is a go-to place for quick meetup and alfresco dining if you wanna bathe under the sun for a while, otherwise I’ll recommend going inside a little bit more for a private space option away from the distraction.

A little crowded in my opinion. But that is for a good reason. The place has a stunning view of Taal and people flock this place for the view and the ambience. Really worth the waiting in line. Great place to relax (after waiting in line for a long time, hahaha) But if you com here at 6AM (opening time), you'll be treated to a stunning sunrise in Taal... and the parking is relatively not crowded. Visit this place if your in Tagaytay.

I’m not sure if the male staff on duty today was a new hire or not but he messed up a lot on my drink. So I’m lactose intolerant and asked with coconut milk but no whipped cream. When I mentioned to him that requested no whipped cream after the drink was made, he proceeded to scoop out the whipped cream from the drink that’s already contaminated. I had to throw away my drink because no Starbucks drink is worth the pain I would get on the road. I wish this branch had better customer service. You can still see parts of the whipped cream.
