I did not expect but I just got my 2024 Pearl Cold Cup from this store last Dec.27. 🫶 Staffs are accommodating even on their last 5 to mins before closing. They still have available 2024 Ebony Stainless Steel Tumber as of 12/28 10pm. 2024 Pearl Cold Cup - not available 2024 Warm Gray Mug and Polka Tote - not available

It's the first Starbucks that I find. It too crowded even on a peak time. Service is good and fast. Friendly staff and accommodating . The place isn't big but can accommodate people with their tables outside. Place isn't a problem since its a mall. There's also nearby shops to chose from which makes it convenient to anyone.

The shop is very obedient to the city ordinance and they are "strawless" with their drinks. Anyways, reusable straw is available naman for about less than 20 pesos.

Went home to the Philippines. I asked for a sleeve for my cold drink and was told that they cannot give me one as it is only reserved for hot drinks. Ordered my drink to-go and was also told that if I order my drink to-go that I cannot sit inside the store as the indoor seating is only for dine-in customers. I don't know if these rules apply to all of the starbucks branch in the Philippines or just this particular store as I have never encountered such disappointment. I hope they do better since customers that go to their establishment are paying customers and not asking for donations :(
