Very poor service especially the cashier. She is impatient. She's trying and pushing you to order faster. After we have given our orders we decided to add 1 halo-halo but she said it is not available. When we went to our table we notice that some of the customers eating have halo-halo. So we ask the manager why is it not available and yet some of the customers have? He explained that maybe they are still doing portioning. Sobrang BULOK! There were literally only 2 tables occupied. One group was even done eating. I wanted a quick takeout. Since Jollibee (isa pang bulok) nearby had a long confusing line, I decided to order 2 meals for takeout. It took them more than 10 minutes. If I had not called the manager's attention, it probably would've taken longer. I asked for no ice in one of the drinks. I ended up with just almost half a cup. What gives? The meal didn't even come with the chili garlic sauce which was why I ordered the chaofan in the first place. And no napkins! I don't get why they don't give out napki…
