This newly opened Starbucks (West Gallery Place) in BGC, Taguig City is my new go-to coffee house. I really love spending my time here specially after a long week and enjoy my favorite bevarage.. Chamomile tea or sometimes, a Pure Matcha Latte'. I really love the calming ambiance of the store where I can read book, write or just sit. Shout out to amazing and friendly Baristas!. ❤️☕

Kudos to this branch for actually having 'for-here' glassware and ceramic mugs instead of plastic and paper ones. Yay, environmental sustainability! For the food, the waffle on my waffle w/ whipped cream and chocolate drizzle was a bit soggy. I do appreciate the whooping amount of whipped cream on it though. For the drinks... took one sip of my refresher and was immmediately left with a cup full of ice! Hence, taking away some satisfaction. Please take a look into the ice-drink ratio.

The place is impressive but the service is poor. We waited for our frapp to be served 15 mins later and there were no other people ordering. The food is cold. The place is quite warm. Imagine drinking frapp with our right hand while holding our handheld fan on the left. 👎🏼

The service from the cashier and barista was unacceptably poor. This was the first time I had ever received such bad service at Starbucks. Despite the store having few customers that day, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The cashier took our orders, but the barista simply placed the drinks on the counter without calling out our names. Notably, there were 11 people in our group, yet there were no markings on the cups or stickers indicating whose order was whose. We waited patiently for our names to be called, but eventually had to keep approaching the counter instead of …
