This Starbucks branch is less crowded than others in the morning, perhaps because most of the offices in Zuellig Building are in a hybrid WFH/on-site setup. The staff are experts at friendly small talk, even during times when I give the wrong amount of bills. The branch is right beside Zuellig's smoking area so it's a favorite spot for those who grab a cup of beverage and then smoke.

The baristas at this branch are polite and attentive. They often remember your name and usual order if you're a regular, which is convenient if you’re in a hurry. Similar to other Starbucks branches, they offer a wide selection of beverages, pastries, and merchandise such as reusable cups and tote bags. I typically bring my reusable cup, and they offer a PHP10 discount on the drink order. This branch also opens earlier than most, since their customers start their workday at around 7-8 in the morning.

The environment is very good. It is very comfortable to sit here and drink coffee in a daze on a rainy day. The professionalism of waiters needs to be improved. In addition, as a Starbucks in a high-end office building, it is really incomprehensible that there is no WiFi. (At least I asked the waiter for the WiFi password and she told me there is no WiFi)
