the staff doesn't know how to multitask, while cooking waffles they don't brew coffee, it's like they only work one at a time. The air conditioner is said to be open, but it's so weak that we sweat inside. and the order that we got they forgot to add pearl so we sent it back and it was put in the wrong coffee. we waited 45 minutes for 2 pieces of coffee. It's too late, it won't happen again because it's not the first time they made a mistake in my order

I always order here and crave for their waffle since my 1st pregnancy, now Im having my 2nd baby and I want their waffle, but they didn’t consider my order even if they are still in the shop.What kind of staffs do you have? Is that what you do to your regular costumer who’s pregnant btw.
