They serve no frills home cooked Filipino dishes. The bulanglang, kare kare and tilapia were quite good. The sinigang was too sour for our taste. The resto is spacious, good for large groups. There is outdoor seating for smaller groups. I hope they get more customers because they serve real food.
New player at Bloc 10 Filinvest Corporate City in Alabang. I was quite surprised that they were open early, so I took advantage and tried their Pinoy fare. I was the only diner, it was about 8:30-9am. According to the lone server they used to open at 7am, but hardly anyone came to dine. IMO they need to put up more signages around the area because no one really knows that they are there. Them being on the second floor makes it more difficult to be seen. No-frills restaurant with delicious “lutong bahay” (home cooked) Filipino food. I was happy to see they had my favorite tortang talong. :) Reasonably priced and they offer student discounts upon presentation of ID. Service was efficient although a bit impersonal. It’s on the second floor of Bloc 10, take the stairs nearest Karrera.
Delicious and affordable Filipino food. Service was good and the restaurant itself is spacious and bright.
The ambiance is good. It seems like you can stay to study or have a quiet afternoon here. The food was ordinary. but staff was friendly.
