Ever since it’s soft opening last year, the place still looks the same, well kept and cleaned. Love how the wall mirror brightens the whole place, given that it only has few seats. Having say so, there are available sockets and free wifi if you’re opting to study/work outside.

A hidden café gem along Kalayaan, sumthn coffee bar’s best asset is their aesthetic value. They are coherent from what the café looks to the visuals of what they serve. It’s not visible from the road. You have to pass through a laundromat, which kind of disrupts the visual presence of the café. The detergent from the laundry shop can be smelt inside, which is bothering at some point. I tried their croissant tuna melt and pain au chocolat. Both are 5/5! Located on the outskirts of BGC at Kalayaan Ave and uniquely hidden inside a laundromat, this cafe is hands down one of the most underrated yet best places to get coffee in and around BGC. The baristas are incredibly friendly and know their craft really well. They even treated me to a free Americano during one of my earlier visits so I could taste the quality of their beans, which I must say is truly excellent! The best hidden coffee shop in BGC 😍 Highlights of this place, was the beautiful interior with lots of artwork, the banana bread (yk it’s that good when it reminds you of your moms), and their chocolate mocha. I honestly loved every single thing about this place without any negatives. If you’re often in the area, they also give you a loyalty card for free drink.😊

Grabbed a flat white and honey oat drink. This place is comfortable, and nicely interiored. Coffee all legit and freshly brewed. There are also non-dairy options which is a win! There is WiFi and sockets for those wanting to work while having their coffee. The barista is pleasant and knowledgeable and skilled. Happy that there is a good coffee place nearby for us.
